The client is a 53-year-old woman with Rett syndrome who lives in a villa in Skänninge. She enjoys listening to music, swimming, and participating in various activities. She is now seeking staff for a 90% position, substitutes, and extra staff for the summer.

We are looking for someone who wants to work long-term and build a trusting relationship as a personal assistant. You should not be unfamiliar with communicating without speech, as the woman is non-verbal and communicates in her own way. The woman requires assistance around the clock with double assistance part of the day and awake night shifts, but the primary working hours we are looking for staff for are between 7:45 AM and 8:45 PM. The shifts are between 6 to 12 hours long. We prefer that you are flexible with your hours.

We are looking for someone who is social, driven, and actively participates, as well as being a loyal team player. The work is always tailored to the client's needs, daily condition, and wishes.

The client is looking for a fun and creative person with a good sense of humor. You should be meticulous and able to work independently but also together with a colleague, always focusing on the client's best interests. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

In addition to this, we would like you to:

• be a woman

• have a driver's license

• live near Skänninge

• have previous experience in LSS

• have previous experience with non-verbal communication

It is important that you are structured, clear, and stable in your work with the client. Your personal qualities and chemistry with the client are the most important factors.

Employment type: Temporary as long as the assistance assignment lasts or on-call employment.

Scope: 90%, as needed or a summer employment.

Working hours: By agreement, but there is a need at all hours of the day.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
