We are now looking for a manager for our group homes in Linköping.

About the role

As a manager, you will lead and develop group homes where adults with various diagnoses receive support in their daily lives. Together with dedicated employees, you will create safe, structured, and meaningful living environments.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and developing the operations based on applicable agreements, laws, and guidelines
• Being responsible for personnel, budget, and work environment
• Collaborating with nurses, rehabilitation teams, authorities, municipalities, relatives, and guardians

The role is both operational and strategic and requires a good ability to see the big picture and long-term development.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a confident, solution-oriented, and clear leader with an interest in organizational development. You find it easy to collaborate, build trust, and contribute to a positive work climate.

We prefer that you have:

• Relevant university education, such as a social worker or equivalent
• Approved grades in social law
• At least two years of documented experience working according to LSS
• The ability to work strategically and create wholeness in collaboration with others

In Linköping, our management team works collaboratively, which requires good communication, teamwork, and openness to feedback.

A driver's license is not a requirement but is helpful for the position.

• Location: Linköping, with some travel to the headquarters in Norrköping
• On-call management included
