We are now looking for a therapist/contact person at Nytida KBT Center in Norrköping (Kolmården) for a permanent position

About the role As a therapist/contact person at Nytida KBT Center, you have a central role in the client's journey of change. You work closely with the client in their daily life and are responsible for creating structure, continuity, and safety, while following the treatment process step by step.

The work is based on a structured and evidence-based model with CBT as the foundation. You will receive an introduction and training in the working method and work according to the model together with colleagues. The role involves both relationship work and a clear responsibility for planning, follow-up, and documentation.

You are part of a team that collaborates closely around the client, where different areas of responsibility and competencies complement each other. You have your immediate manager in the organization and collaborate both internally with colleagues and externally with stakeholders such as social services.

After delegation from licensed personnel, the role may also involve supporting medication treatment, according to applicable routines and with patient safety in focus.

About Nytida KBT Center Nytida KBT Center is located in calm, nature-close surroundings in Kolmården, just outside Norrköping. The organization caters to adults with substance abuse in combination with mental health issues and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities.

We work according to CBT and other evidence-based methods in a structured everyday life with both individual interventions and group activities. The workgroup consists of engaged and experienced employees with various competencies, and we place great importance on collaboration, safety, and a professional approach.

Your experience and knowledge You have a genuine interest in working with people and believe in change even when it takes time. You are responsible, mature, and can combine a professional approach with warmth and engagement.

We would like you to:

  • have a minimum two-year post-secondary education in a relevant field

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (behavioral science, social work, or similar) is an advantage

  • have experience working with substance abuse (advantageous)

  • be structured, collaborative, and confident in yourself

  • have good computer skills

  • have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
