Your Role

As an engineer at Saab, you and your team will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle and be an important piece of our journey towards the next generation of defense systems.

Our creative and innovative software teams are waiting for you to explore and develop the latest technology together. As a software developer with us, you will collaborate not only with your immediate colleagues but also with project managers, other development teams, suppliers, and customers.

Your Profile

To thrive with us, you believe in a culture of complete transparency, trust, and you are open to developing both within and outside your areas of expertise. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities combined with the belief that you have some or all of the following experiences.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering physics, software development, or a similar field
  • Several years of experience working with software development
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, C#, and/or Matlab.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance, this may involve citizenship requirements.
