About the Workplace
Centralhälsan Silentzvägen in Uddevalla is a complete healthcare center with approximately 8150 registered patients.
We strive to provide good care with accessibility and continuity for our patients, as well as a pleasant and healthy work environment for all our staff. We are a team with a great atmosphere and strong cohesion, where collaboration between different professional categories, as well as helpfulness and consideration for each other, are particularly notable. You will work with a competent team consisting of 7 specialists in general medicine, 1 resident doctor, 9 nurses of which 5 are district nurses, 4 nursing assistants, 1 psychologist, 1 psychotherapist, and 2 administrators. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator, dietitian, and urotherapist. In addition to regular acute and planned nursing and medical appointments, there are special clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, child health, incontinence, mental health, elderly care, and lifestyle/wellness. We work cross-professionally and strive for all staff to have great opportunities to influence the work environment, as well as to be involved in quality improvement and the development and enhancement of work methods. Our premises are centrally located and newly renovated.

Job Responsibilities
You are the face of the organization and play a central role in patient flow and administrative operations. You will receive patients and register them at the reception. Manage patient records, scan documents, and register high-cost protection.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or administrative work is an advantage.

You are a cheerful, flexible, and driven team player who thrives in an open and collaborative environment. You are self-motivated, responsible, and professional in your interactions. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The job requires a combination of service orientation, administrative skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations with a professional demeanor.
Additional Information
Employment type: Fixed-term employment June-August
Working hours per week: Full-time 100%.
Start date: By agreement.
