About the Role

As a development leader responsible for SAS (Socially Responsible Coordinator), you are responsible for ensuring that our work is conducted with high quality, complies with legislation and guidelines, and is permeated by a professional and ethical approach.

You serve as a strategic support to management and employees and play an important role in developing methods, routines, and working practices.

You are a key person in strengthening individual rights and creating good, safe, and quality-assured interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide managers and employees in the transition work of the new social services law together with a colleague.
  • Be responsible for the work with the management system for systematic quality work and write the annual quality report to the board.
  • Lead the work with the operational plan and conduct follow-ups.
  • Design, coordinate, and follow up on routines, guidelines, and processes.
  • Ensure that laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed.
  • Write decision-making documents and be the presenter in the board.
  • Conduct analyses, investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Initiate, lead, and/or participate in development projects.
  • Initiate and/or lead training and competence-enhancing initiatives.
  • Be part of the steering group between the social sector and the education sector.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another relevant higher education and experience from the social sector. You possess solid knowledge of applicable legislation and quality work and are accustomed to working in various digital operational systems as well as processing statistics. Furthermore, you are analytical, communicative, and confident in your profession. You find it easy to collaborate and build trust at all levels.
