Hello! This is Grahns

At Grahns Confectionery, we make candy that people actually remember. The kind that tastes right, feels right – and maintains the right level. In 2025, we produced around 7,300 tons of candy in jelly, caramel, toffee, foam, sugar-free, and our classic punch pralines.

We are located in Skövde, have a turnover of about 320 million SEK, and consist of around 85 curious, engaged, and quite nice people spread across three units. And we are not standing still: in the autumn of 2025, we took a new property into use and are now fully building a new jelly line that will start in the autumn of 2026.

Job Description

We are now looking for a Quality Technician who wants to help ensure that every bite leaving Grahns is something we can stand behind – with a straight back and a smile.

Here, quality is not a dusty document in a binder. It is something that happens right in the production, in dialogue with colleagues, with curiosity and clarity as guiding stars.

You will simply become an important voice for quality and a natural partner to both production and management.

What will you do with us?

You will among other things:

Keep track of quality throughout the production process (yes, every step counts)
Verify production, intermediate products, and finished products
Ensure that we comply with HACCP, FSSC 22000, RSPO, and other important standards
Document, report, and follow up on deviations – clearly and solution-oriented
Participate in internal audits, certification audits, and external audits
Drive and participate in improvement work (because we believe in always getting a little better)
Train colleagues in quality and hygiene routines – in a way that actually sticks

Qualifications

You likely have:

Education in food and/or quality
Experience in quality work within food production
Knowledge of HACCP, food legislation, and quality standards
A structured, analytical, and solution-focused working method
The ability to communicate and report clearly.

As a person, you are proactive, confident in your skills, and enjoy collaboration. You are structured without being rigid, curious without being chaotic, and have a humble cheekiness that makes people both listen and enjoy being around you.

Location: Our units in Skövde
Working hours: Daytime by agreement
