The HR department currently consists of HR specialists, an HR coordinator, and you as the negotiation manager. The HR unit belongs to the central HR department, which delivers services to the entire organization within the municipal management administration. The purpose is to enable effective and professional processes so that managers can exercise safe, clear, and courageous leadership.

Job Responsibilities

Together, we continuously work with a common holistic approach, where we rely on our professional judgment and strive to contribute to the development of the organization through qualified HR support.

As the negotiation manager, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic work within labor law, wage formation, and negotiation. You will ensure a consistent and legally secure handling of these issues within the municipality and contribute to maintaining a high level in the negotiation and labor law area.

In your role, you will independently drive your areas of responsibility and act as a qualified expert support for HR specialists and managers. You will train managers and colleagues to strengthen their ability to handle labor law issues and negotiation situations in a professional and uniform manner. You will also participate in various networks related to your area of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who wants to combine operational and strategic HR work with a focus on wage formation, labor law, and negotiation. As the negotiation manager, you will be a key person in our HR team.

Qualifications

You who are applying have a bachelor's degree in human resources and labor science or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent, as well as experience in both operational and strategic HR work. We view positively if you have worked in a similar organization, but it is not a requirement. You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish.
