About the Role

As a Finance Accountant, you will play an important role in Lyreco's finance department where you, together with your colleagues, drive the accounting work. You ensure that the company’s financial information is accurate and complies with applicable regulations.

Here, you will have a varied everyday life where you handle ongoing bookkeeping, participate in monthly and annual closings, and contribute structure and analysis to the financial flow.

You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team of 7 employees who work closely together, share knowledge, and find smart solutions together. You report to the Finance Accounting Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly closings, and reporting
• Ensure correct and up-to-date bookkeeping and compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Handle VAT and accounting issues according to applicable regulations
• Manage manual journal entries, invoicing, and supplier discounts
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external controls during annual closings and audits

To succeed in the role, we hope you have:

• Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and closings
• Academic education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Good experience working in Excel
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
