About the role

As a Finance Manager / Controller, you will have a broad and responsible position with both operational and strategic elements. You will serve as an important support to the CFO and act as a hub between the local finance team and the group's functions. The role requires you to switch between detail focus and a holistic perspective while contributing to the development of working methods, processes, and internal control.

You will be part of a smaller finance team in Sweden and work in an international context where collaboration and communication are central.

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Accounting and reporting: monthly closings, balance reconciliations, VAT reporting, CEO reporting, annual closings, and annual reports
• Tax declarations and contact with auditors
• Budgeting and forecasting work, both operational and advisory
• Business controlling with a focus on supporting and driving profitability in the group's subsidiaries
• Working with and developing internal control through planning, documentation, follow-up, and reporting
• Supporting the CFO in compliance-related matters, such as Transfer Pricing and MAR

The work is conducted in the group systems Unit4 and NAV2017. Some travel may occur during the assignment.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in economics
• Several years of experience in qualified economic work, preferably from auditing or a broad economic role
• A good understanding of both financial regulations and business-oriented financial management
• The ability to plan, prioritize, and work structured, while being unpretentious and flexible

You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English, as the role involves a lot of contact with international subsidiaries. As a person, you are analytical, self-driven, and take great responsibility for delivering quality and on time. Since the finance organization in Sweden is small, it is important that you are a team player who enjoys helping out where needed.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO starting in March 2026 and expected to last until the summer of 2027.

• Scope: 80%
• Start: March 2026
• Location: Borås with some possibility for remote work after an initial period on the assignment
• Salary: Fixed monthly salary
