JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a support assistant, you are interested in a developing and versatile job, where we help create and maintain conditions for safety, self-determination, quality of life, and joy for our users.

The work involves providing support and service to the residents, contributing to a functioning and stimulating everyday life. The tasks consist of, for example, service interventions, social support, motivational interventions, and other measures tailored to each individual's needs and conditions. We work based on a solution-focused approach with the user in focus. We work every other weekend and have sleeping on-call duty.

The work also involves documenting, designing, and following the implementation plan and contributing to a functioning and stimulating everyday life for our users, as well as delegated tasks from a nurse, such as medication delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or preschool teacher.
• has good knowledge of intellectual disabilities, autism, and autism spectrum conditions.
• has experience with people with disabilities.
• has basic computer skills and experience with documentation.
• has good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and directly.

We would also like you to have a B driver's license.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

OTHER

Since July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title.
