With our energetic and charming boy in Bua, a job full of speed, presence, and meaning awaits.

He lives with his family, parents, two younger siblings, and two cats – a home full of life, laughter, and movement. He has awake assistance around the clock; sometimes we work one-on-one, sometimes two together during the day.

Everyday life includes both care and play. You will assist with medication, inhalations, transfers, physiotherapy, and personal hygiene. Due to his diagnoses, he has involuntary muscle movements and self-harming behavior, which means he always needs someone close by.

But the job is not just about support – it’s also about sharing joy. He loves to play, joke around, and join in on his siblings' antics. He is a boy who enjoys speed and excitement, whether it’s racing in his wheelchair, bouncing on the trampoline, or listening to music together. Animals and walks are also high on the list.

We believe you are confident, attentive, and in good physical shape – this is necessary as many lifts are done manually. If you also have a playful side, enjoy some banter, and find it easy to laugh, you will thrive here.

Experience working with children or in care is a plus but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you click – when that happens, the job becomes both more enjoyable and meaningful.

You will start as a part-time employee, with the possibility of a fixed-term contract as long as the assistance assignment lasts if we get along well. Work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. During holidays and breaks, there is an opportunity to work more.
