We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for our client living centrally in Kungsbacka.

Who am I?

I am a woman with a great interest in plants, planting, and cultivation, and I have Arab heritage. Due to a neurological disease, I need personal assistance during the day and evening. I need help with all practical aspects of daily life as well as household chores. I use an electric wheelchair both indoors and outdoors, and sometimes also a manual wheelchair where I need assistance getting transported.

What can a day look like?

A typical day starts with me getting ready for work. I work as a teacher, and therefore the assistance also includes accompanying me to school. At home, you help me with cooking and other household chores. In my free time, I enjoy planting and cultivating. On weekends, I appreciate swimming and spending time with family, often around shared dinners.

About you:

I am looking for a confident, attentive, and responsible woman. If you also have a sense of humor, I see that as a big plus. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and can cycle, so we can go on outings with my car or bike. Experience in personal assistance or service is desirable but not a requirement. If you speak both Swedish and Arabic, that is an extra plus since I speak Arabic at home and Swedish at work.

Job arrangement

The working hours are scheduled for weekdays from 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM. Evening shifts are from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 9:15 PM.

Since I have assistance every weekday, we are looking for 2-3 assistants who can share the schedule. Please indicate in your application which days and shifts you wish to work.

The position starts on 2026-02-01. Passal Assistans offers a varied and rewarding job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness grants. Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements. You will also receive good support from the assistance manager.
