JOB DESCRIPTION

Vinberg Preschool is looking for a committed, curious, and creative childcare worker who is ready to take on the task based on a project-based working method.

Vinberg Preschool has four departments, with two for younger children and two for older children. The preschool is newly established and focuses on sustainability. We work according to the vision of preschools in Falkenberg: Through curiosity, playfulness, and joy, we want to create meaning and hope for the future based on democratic principles, where we learn about and learn new things for a sustainable society. Children's opinions are valued, differences enrich, and the collective is greater than the individual.

We respect each other's competencies and actively work to make everyone's voices heard. Everyone's differences are seen as an asset and enrich the preschool's education.

An important part of our work is to create qualitative learning environments together with the children that invite meaningful interaction, challenge our thinking, and lead to changed knowledge. You are a co-researching educator who, through active listening, contributes to giving all children and colleagues the opportunity to become their best selves!

In the unit, we challenge each other on pedagogical questions/statements and see this as a good foundation for continued development both as individuals and as a group. You will thus find yourself in several different contexts where you are expected to contribute to the preschool's development and goal fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker, and experience working in preschool is an advantage. As a person, you are proactive and development-oriented, enjoying finding solutions that drive the preschool forward. You see the positive in both children, colleagues, and guardians, and your attitude is that everyone does their best based on their circumstances. You have good digital skills and strong communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.

Degree certificate must be attached to the application.
