JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who are a preschool teacher for Slöinge Preschool! Central to our operations is good reception, which we consider extremely important! Here, all children are accepted for who they are, and we see the advantages of being different. This enriches our operations, and we constantly work with value-based issues.

The work teams actively work to offer learning environments in the preschool that are challenging, changing, and accessible. We work exploratively, where children and adults together get to discover, investigate, and experience. The intention is always to improve and refine the preschool's teaching so that it has real effects on children's changing knowledge and progression.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher. You should have a positive attitude towards collegial learning, be able to take your own initiatives, and be able to work both independently and in a team. You should have the will and ability to see opportunities and thus be involved in developing our operations. You take responsibility for the assignment by planning, implementing, and collaborating with children, guardians, and colleagues.

As a person, you are engaged, structured, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
