Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 12-year-old girl residing in Kungsbacka

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has experience in similar work

• has experience in low-arousal approaches

• has experience with alternative communication methods

• has a B driver's license

• has access to a personal car

• has a calm and secure personality

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" awake night at about 55% with hours including 23-08 and 23-09 on certain Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The position includes a fixed schedule, and the times may vary slightly by half an hour/hour on some shifts compared to what is stated above.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation will be according to collective agreements.

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as an employer are required to request a police record extract from all employees who will work as a personal assistant for a child under 18 years old. Therefore, you will need to present an extract from the police's criminal record before a potential employment. Further information will be provided if you proceed in the recruitment process.
