Family Law Secretary Wanted in Falkenberg Municipality

We are now looking for a Family Law Secretary. You will join a dynamic group with great commitment, competence, and joy at work. Based on knowledge, experience, research, and user influence, we aim to build something new for the benefit of our families and children. Among other things, we offer SES (cooperation after divorce) to parents and SES next to the children. The position is a temporary one as one of our colleagues will be on parental leave.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Family Law Secretary, you will conduct investigations and inquiries at the request of the court regarding custody, residence, and visitation. You will also work with collaboration discussions, information meetings, and advice for separated parents. Establishing agreements, paternity cases, adoption cases, as well as planning and following up on decided visitation with visitation support are also part of the job. You will have the support of three experienced colleagues, a program manager, and a unit manager.

You will, of course, have access to supervision and professional development together with your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a social worker and has an interest in/experience with family law work. It is an advantage if you have worked within authority concerning children/youth or in parenting support treatment work.

Degree certificate must be attached to the application. Family law is part of the Individual and Family Unit, which also includes Child Reception, VIR caseworkers, and the Social Emergency Service in Halland. We work closely with other units in the Department of Social Work, especially with the other units within the Child Area.
