NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our clients and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered an individual assistance designed together with the client according to their needs. The client is involved in the recruitment and the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

We are now looking for personal assistants/nursing assistants for one of our clients who, due to a changed health condition, needs a larger staff group.

The client is a young man residing in Falkenberg. He has, among other things, a tracheostomy with a ventilator, so experience with similar interventions is highly meritorious but not a requirement as training will be provided during onboarding.

The client is currently in the hospital in Halmstad where staff training will take place until the client is ready for discharge and can move back to his apartment in Falkenberg.

As an assistant, your role includes helping the client with all daily tasks, assisting with hygiene and care. You need to have a strong sense of responsibility, be calm, flexible, and easily adaptable to another person's needs.

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a nursing assistant
