In a lively house in Bua, lives a boy with contagious energy. He lives with his parents, two younger siblings, and two cats. Things happen here. There’s laughter, play, sibling banter, and sometimes it’s a whirlwind. In the midst of it all, there’s you – a steady presence.

He has assistance around the clock. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes with a colleague during the day. The role encompasses both responsibility and closeness. You assist with medication, inhalations, transfers, physiotherapy, and personal hygiene. Due to his diagnoses, he has involuntary muscle movements and self-harming behavior, which means he always needs someone close – someone who remains calm when the storm hits and who can read the signals before they escalate.

But equally important: you are there when it’s fun.

He loves speed. Driving the wheelchair fast. Bouncing on the trampoline. Listening to music. Being part of his siblings’ antics. Animals and walks are favorites. Here, it’s not just care – it’s play, mischief, and everyday life in its most vibrant form.

We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and physically strong enough for manual lifting. You need to be genuinely present. Have patience. Be able to switch between seriousness and laughter. And ideally, be willing to share yourself when needed.

Experience with children or care work is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is that you work well together. When the chemistry is right, the job becomes more than just a job.

You will start as a part-time employee, with the possibility of a temporary position as long as the assignment lasts if it feels right for both parties. Shifts are during the day, evening, and every other weekend. During holidays and breaks, there is an opportunity to work more – hence we are also looking for substitutes.
