Fajans Preschool has been in place for over 40 years and is located near Vallarna and the Ätran River. The preschool consists of 4 physical departments and eight teaching groups. Currently, we are divided into one department with 4-5 year-olds, one with children aged 3-4 years, and two with children aged 1-2 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Preschool Assistant for Fajans Preschool. Safety, care, and development through teaching are key principles in the operations at Fajans Preschool. Our work is characterized by meeting all children based on their conditions. For us, joy and community are important in the daily interactions with the children. The preschool operates with a safe, educational, and pedagogical approach based on a project-based method and with pedagogical documentation as one of our working tools in systematic quality work.

You recognize each child's unique abilities with a focus on the development and learning of the children and the organization. In the development work, you see the importance of children's learning environments both indoors and outdoors and the creative expressions.

We are looking for someone who has the will, engagement, and takes responsibility for planning, implementing, and documenting the teaching, as well as developing the pedagogical work in collaboration with others in the team and has experience with various digital tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preschool Assistant Education
• Experience and knowledge in autism and NPF spectrum are advantageous.
• You should have a positive attitude towards collegial learning, be able to take initiatives, and work both independently and in a team.
• You should have both the will and ability to see opportunities and thus be involved in developing our operations.
• You have good communication skills in both speech and writing.
