Your mission In the role of treatment pedagogue, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the youth and work together with them to achieve a positive change in their lives. Together with the youth and your colleagues, you will work to ensure that each individual youth has an increased quality of life. Based on a clear structure, you will support and guide the youth in their daily lives. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the youth to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. The position involves work during the day, evening, and weekends, as well as on-call duties.

About Stödboendet and Fammarp HVB Stödboendet Brunnsgatan is aimed at youth aged 16-20 who have psychosocial issues.

We offer qualified support at various levels. Since needs vary greatly, we tailor the support accordingly and work solution-focused. The support facility has nine places. The youth live in an apartment in our stairwell housing or in a satellite apartment, all located in central parts of Halmstad.

Fammarps HVB is aimed at youth aged 13-17 who have psychosocial issues.

At Fammarp HVB, we work in parallel with education, social and medical interventions, and behavioral training. We also work with diet, exercise, and daily routines based on a model for behavior change built on participation, transparency, and measurability. Fammarp HVB can accommodate six youth, each living in their own room. The accommodation is located a little outside Halmstad.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying to us:

• have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people • are responsible and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues

You need to have or have started at least a 2-year post-secondary education in social work or another equivalent education. Experience working with the target group is an advantage. A driver's license is a requirement.

You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
