We are looking for someone who wants to work on an hourly basis. The shifts are scheduled as full days or half days, from 16:00 to 15:00 the next day or from 16:00 to 08:30 with 7 hours of waiting time (sleeping on call) at night, alternatively from 08:30 to 16:00.

Our client is a 56-year-old man living alone with autism, who walks and communicates only through facial expressions, gestures, signs, and pictures. His interests include Lego, trains, and watching various YouTube videos (often about trains).

Since our client has autism, previous experience with autism is highly desirable.

As an assistant, you will be responsible for the client's health, home, and ensuring that his daily routines are followed.

Qualifications:

• You must have a driver's license and access to your own car to get to the workplace.
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are important.
• We are looking for someone who can make independent decisions and easily find solutions if any problems arise.

Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 08:30 with 7 hours of on-call/waiting time at night. Weekends are worked as full days from about 15:30 to 15:30 the next day with 7 hours of on-call/waiting time at night.

We welcome applicants aged 40+ with healthcare education that includes courses on autism or previous experience working in healthcare with individuals living with autism-like conditions.

The position is to be filled immediately, starting with an introduction. The position will commence as agreed.
