NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered individualized assistance that is tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. The customer is involved in the recruitment and the final selection of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

About the position:

We are looking for a female personal assistant for a 40-year-old woman living just outside Falkenberg.

Working hours are half-days on weekdays (approx. 15:00-09:00) and full days (12:00-12:00) on weekends.

Employment rate: Part-time, 55.9%

Start: Immediately

As an assistant, your role includes helping the customer with all daily tasks, assisting with hygiene and care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs.

Job description:

The customer is a woman living in her own house just outside Falkenberg. The woman needs help with structure in her daily life but can physically perform all tasks herself. You will be available as a social safety net and support during social interactions and situations.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Only female applicants will be considered
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as it involves receiving and giving instructions about the customer's care

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a personal assistant/caregiver in psychiatry
• B driver's license
