We are looking for someone who can work extra during the spring for our client, an elderly woman living in central Falkenberg. We would also like you to be able to work more during the summer months. There is also a chance to get a position of about 50%. The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Split shifts may occur in the schedule.

Your tasks include supporting the client with personal care, managing the household, and engaging in activities. The woman is wheelchair-bound and has an acquired brain injury. In her free time, she enjoys going to restaurants, meeting family and friends, or taking walks.

The client is looking for a lively and cheerful woman who is attentive and responsible. You work salutogenically and are there to support in all everyday moments where functional variation sets limits.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We hope that you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• can understand and be understood in Swedish.

• can work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends.

• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: Hourly employment and summer substitute 2026. May continue as long as the assistance assignment lasts.

Scope: Hours, with the possibility of part-time.

Working hours:

Monday 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Tuesday 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Wednesday 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Thursday 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:45 PM

Friday 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Sunday 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
