The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered an individual assistance tailored to your needs. The customer is involved in the recruitment and final selection of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

Description:
We are now looking for personal assistants for the summer of 2025!

Substitutes will be assigned a schedule for the summer period from June to August, with the possibility of extra work both before and after the summer period.

We are looking for someone who has a good command of the Swedish language and is calm and clear in their approach and communication. It is an advantage if you have worked as a personal assistant before, but it is not a requirement. A clear advantage if you have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Round-the-clock work with sleeping on-call duty may occur.

Job responsibilities:
As a personal assistant, you help the customer in all situations related to life, both inside and outside the home. You support the customer with household chores and personal care/hygiene, as well as accompany them on activities and outings. It is good if you enjoy being active as there may be heavy lifting and/or walking involved.

Requirements:
- Calm and clear in your approach and communication
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as it involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's care
- B driver's license
