The Role of a Preschool Teacher with Us

As a preschool teacher, you are present, attentive, and show engagement in the children's daily lives.

You participate in play, activities, and routines that help the children develop, learn new things, and interact with others. Together with your colleagues, you plan a safe and stimulating environment where each child has the opportunity to grow and explore at their own pace. You contribute to a positive atmosphere at work and collaborate closely with both children and guardians.

Vallda Backa Preschool also collaborates with Vallda Sandö Preschool, and you may participate in joint activities or provide support as needed.

Your Profile

You always have the children's best interests in focus. You show care in your way of working and how you meet others. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team, where you together create a safe and developing environment for the children. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a qualified preschool teacher.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working in preschool

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a fixed-term full-time position from March 2, 2026, to July 5, 2026, according to agreement.
