The role of a personal assistant with us

As a personal assistant, you will mostly work alone, but around you is a team of colleagues. You will work based on the user's individual needs by providing support with personal care, practical tasks at home, and leisure activities according to the implementation plan.

Your profile

You are flexible and enjoy being available for the user's needs. Furthermore, you are accommodating and responsive in your interactions. You create security for the user. You take responsibility and drive your work forward towards goals and deliver results while prioritizing your work efficiently. You adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

It is advantageous if you have:

• education focused on care and nursing, children and leisure, or pedagogy
• experience working as a personal assistant
• knowledge and experience of intellectual disabilities.

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent position starting as agreed. You will work on a rolling schedule over all days of the week. Work every other weekend. We plan working hours based on a reduced working time of 37 hours/week.
