The Role of Support Assistant with Us

In the role of awake night staff, you provide our residents with support in all aspects of life.

The goal of the intervention is to provide good living conditions and enable influence and participation. Your tasks include following social documentation and implementation plans. We work based on low-arousal responses, AAC, MI, as well as clarifying pedagogy and care and support coordination. The working method is systematic based on agreed processes and routines, but the work also involves a lot of freedom under responsibility. In addition to colleagues, you also have support from the HSL team.

Your Profile

You have a strong commitment to our users and are passionate about their participation. As a person, you are curious, attentive, and positive in your approach. You can organize your tasks, are comfortable with social documentation, and have the ability to be flexible when the situation requires it. You need to be confident in working independently and making decisions as you will be working alone in the unit during the night. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• a nursing assistant education or equivalent education relevant to the target group

It is advantageous if you have:

• knowledge and experience of working with signs as support

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement.

Within the Department for Individual & Family Care, all employees within Housing with Special Services and Support at Home are employed full-time but have the opportunity to reduce their desired working hours based on the needs of the operation.
