Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a man in his 40s living in Kungsbacka

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has a manual B driver's license

• is smoke-free during working hours

• has experience in similar work

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience with Epilepsy

• have experience with Autism

• have experience with Angelman syndrome

• have experience with LAB and outwardly aggressive behaviors

• are calm, methodical, and patient in your working style

• share the client's interests

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 80%. The job involves work during the day and night. Working hours are from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00 (only active time), and the schedule varies on both weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

Start date

2026-01-19 or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
