We are now looking for new substitutes for one of our workplaces.

To begin with, we need sick leave substitutes at the workplace, where the work is either 08-15 or 15-21 on weekdays, weekend work may also be relevant and if possible, there may be a need even at night, but it is not a requirement to be able to work nights to apply as a substitute, you will be interesting regardless.

We are looking for someone who can be available some days a week or during planned vacations or in case of illness, perhaps you have retired but want to work a little or are studying and want to supplement your income. Then this workplace may be perfect for you.

We are also now opening up for summer substitutes as we see it as advantageous to already be familiar with the workplace before covering a larger schedule.

Our client is a man with Parkinson's who needs support throughout the day, experience regarding Parkinson's or from healthcare is therefore meritorious but not a requirement.

He has a PEG through which he receives his medication, while other meals are taken orally. Training regarding medication etc. is provided by the municipality before each new employment.

There are plenty of aids available on-site and you will learn to use these through thorough shadowing as well as through contact with an occupational therapist, it is important for both us and him that you feel secure in your work role.

We prefer that you are a calm and secure person who can maintain a good balance between supervision and giving our client space.

As a personal assistant, you are the client's arms and legs, and the work is adapted to the client's life.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, you should be creative and want to enrich our client's life.

It is also important that you are proactive, curious, and can take your own initiatives after shadowing while respecting personal boundaries, chemistry between you and the client is a big part of the job.

A driving license B is almost a requirement to be able to get to the workplace located just outside Tvååker.

We also wish that you are smoke-free and proficient in the Swedish language both written and spoken.

You who work with this man will help him in his daily life, with the home such as cleaning and cooking, maintaining hygiene, assisting with medication, and applying supervision and support.
