Who will you be working with?  

I am a 31-year-old girl with Angelman syndrome (read more on Ågrenska's website: https://www.agrenska.se/global...)

I live in Varberg with my parents, but I manage myself with the help of my personal assistants. As a family, we live ecologically and in harmony with nature.

I am a happy and active girl who enjoys doing many different things! My personal assistants are with me around the clock, as I need help with everything in daily life, such as personal care, meals, transfers, activities, and communication. I have a good memory, understand spoken language and sign language, and I am very determined.

I am very social and thrive with life and movement around me. I am almost always happy and believe that life should be filled with play, fun, and laughter. I enjoy being outdoors, going to town for coffee, attending concerts, swimming, or just being at home watching movies. During the week, I am at my daily activity or other fixed activities. On weekends, I try to go out and do different fun things, and in the summer, I am especially active in various activities.

Scope of the position 

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a part-time employee and cover for absences. We are also looking for someone who can work on a schedule in April and during the summer. The working hours for this position include days, evenings, nights (on-call), weekdays, and weekends. 

Who are you applying? 

This is a job that is well-suited for you who enjoy a varied assistant job with full speed. You should preferably have experience in similar work, but the most important thing is that the chemistry is right. You should be cheerful and positive, secure and empathetic, pedagogical, and have retained a childlike spirit!

It is desirable but not a requirement that you have a driver's license.
