As part of Novum Assistans, you will be involved as an employee through regular workplace meetings where the development of assignments takes place. We, as an assistance company, create conditions for the tasks that assistance requires, in ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment. As an assistant, you will thus have the opportunity for personal development both as an individual and in your professional role as a personal assistant.

Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. For us, this means that you are responsible, empathetic, and attentive. It is important that you are punctual and can keep time, but also flexible enough to occasionally step in to cover gaps in staffing. We see that you are a secure person and enjoy taking initiative, both independently and in collaboration with others in a group.

It is also desirable that you have good physical health, are cheerful, and positive. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work.

You will receive training and introduction to the medical tasks and ongoing competence development based on the needs of the assignment.

About the employment

The employment is based on an hourly basis and as needed. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

The working hours vary, and you are expected to be able to work days, evenings, and one or two night shifts based on your schedule.

About the recruitment The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during a possible interview. Start date will be according to agreement. For employment with Novum Assistans, you are required to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service.

In this recruitment, we apply a personality test for all applicants. This takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, and you will receive an invitation via your email after you have applied for the position. The tests help us match the right person with the right job.
