Support Assistants Wanted for Kollagården

Do you want to be part of building something new? We are looking for support assistants for our residence Kollagården, which provides special services for individuals with acquired brain injuries.

We are in a startup phase and are seeking individuals who want to help shape an organization where the work environment is a priority – because we know that a good work environment is the foundation for doing a really great job.

The Role of Support Assistant with Us

You will work in a team with high competence and great commitment. Your mission is to provide support in daily life, promote independence, and contribute to a meaningful existence for our residents. The work involves both care, social support, and collaboration with other professional groups. Your Profile

You have an empathetic approach and good collaboration skills. You are secure, responsible, and flexible, with the ability to understand others' life situations. You are passionate about creating quality of life for those we serve – by enabling functioning daily routines, creating safety, encouraging social activities, promoting independence, and contributing to a sense of context and meaning. You see good communication as a natural and important part of the work – both in meeting those we serve and in collaboration with colleagues. Additionally, you have an eye for everyday opportunities and actively seek occasions for spontaneous activities, such as a walk or a conversation, that create value and joy in the moment.

We will place great importance on personal suitability and team composition to create a work group that complements each other and promotes safety, openness, and development.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education
• Has experience in neuropsychiatry or rehabilitation
• Has good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have:

• Relevant experience in care and support
• Knowledge of aids such as lifts, wheelchairs, and tube feeding

We offer permanent full-time positions with a start date by agreement. You will work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Within the Department for Individual & Family Care, all employees in Supported Housing with Special Services and Home Support are employed full-time but have the option to reduce their working hours based on the needs of the organization.
