Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

Our client enjoys gardening and walking with her dog. She likes to travel to attend concerts/musicals, and there may be a hotel night or two. She enjoys being active and social.

We are now looking for someone who matches the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 40s living in Falkenberg

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• can work in a household with both a dog and a cat

• has a B driver's license and access to a car

• is smoke-free

• has good physical fitness and wants to be active

It is also an advantage if you:

• can understand and communicate in English, as travel may occur in the job

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts". The shifts are distributed during day, evening, and night, including on-call. The position is 25%. Since

w.1 Friday 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM and on-call 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMw.2 Tuesday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM and on-call 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMw.3 Wednesday on-call 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM and on-call 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMFixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations according to collective agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
