New Personal Assistant Wanted!

On March 1st, I will be moving to my own apartment, and I am now looking for a new personal assistant to join my wonderful team!

Who am I?

I am a 33-year-old guy living in Kungsbacka, currently searching for a new personal assistant for my great team. I lead an active life with many interests - horseback riding, music, and other fun activities. I appreciate when my assistants come up with ideas for things we can do together, and it is important for me to be involved in everyday life.

I use a wheelchair and can partially move by myself, and I walk with the support of my assistant. Since I have a disability, I do not communicate with words, but I promise we will find our own way to understand each other - preferably with a couple of high fives along the way! Who are you?

I am looking for someone who enjoys a varied job where no day is the same. You are caring, attentive, and enjoy finding solutions. You take initiative, have a positive drive, and are confident in taking responsibility. Previous experience in personal assistance, elderly care, or recreational activities is a plus, but absolutely not a requirement. The most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company and have fun together! Regardless of gender, age, or background - it is your personality and attitude that count. Do you have a manual driving license? Great! Then you can help drive me to choir on Wednesdays - we will use my car. However, this is not a requirement.

About the Position:

The position is approximately 20% and follows the fixed rolling schedule below.

• Week 1: Sunday 16-08 (sleeping duty)
• Week 2: -
• Week 3: -
• Week 4: Friday 15-10 (sleeping duty) and Sunday 16-08 (sleeping duty)
• Week 5: -
• Week 6: Friday 15-10 (sleeping duty) and Sunday 16-08 (sleeping duty)

Sleeping duty between 10 PM and 6 AM.

The position starts on March 1, 2026. However, employment will occur before that as you will be scheduled for shadowing. Passal Assistans offers a rewarding and varied job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation according to collective agreements. You will also receive good support and contact with the assistance manager.

Applicants for this position must be able to present a valid ID such as a passport or national ID (driver's license not valid) and a criminal record extract at the time of the interview. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or permanent residence permit to work with us.
