NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our clients and employees are located in Falkenberg.

The goal is to offer a more personalized personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance that is tailored to your needs in collaboration with you. The client is involved in the recruitment and final selection of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

Job Description:

We are now looking for more personal assistants for a happy young man with a lot of energy.

Our client is 23 years old, sits in a wheelchair, and lives at home with his parents in Falkenberg.

The young man has a mental developmental variation as well as epilepsy and is fed through a tube. He needs help with everything and requires a lot of care around the clock. Double assistance is needed during the day. He understands everything you say but lacks his own speech, using sounds and signs for communication.

It is important that you are calm, engaged, attentive, and secure. Routines are important, as well as being flexible.

He loves to be outdoors and go for walks, or to go out in his car. A driver's license is desirable. Good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.

The position is approximately 70% in the afternoons/evenings and on weekends.

We are also looking for substitutes.

Previous experience in personal assistance is a significant advantage.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Driver's license (B)
