The Role of Support Assistant with Us

When you work at Frillebo group home, you become part of our entire team, even if you work alone at night.

Colleagues whose daily mission is to provide support in everyday life for each individual, such as personal care, support during leisure activities, both inside and outside the home. Here live individuals with varying disabilities with a certain range of support needs. You contribute to safety and participation through a responsive, smooth, and professional approach. We work based on low-arousal responses, clear pedagogy, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Medication management is normally included in the assignment after passing a test and delegation by a nurse.

Your Profile

You have the ability to organize and plan your work and create a pleasant environment around you. You have a positive outlook and find it easy to work in a team, as collaboration is a key factor. We hope that you, our wonderful employees, come to work with energy and a willingness to engage deeply. If you recognize yourself in this description, we believe you will succeed well with us. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a trained support assistant/care assistant at least at the high school level with a focus on care, pedagogy, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
  • has experience working with a similar target group
  • is familiar with documentation according to current legislation

It is advantageous:

  • if you have experience in low-arousal responses, clear pedagogy, and AAC
  • if you have previously worked with medication

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position starting by agreement.

Your work schedule will include working nights and providing support during evening and morning routines in connection with that.

Background checks may be conducted before employment.
