About the Position

The tasks involve providing support and assistance to the user living in ordinary housing.

Support and assist in the activities that the user needs help with in daily life, to enable them to continue living a meaningful and active life with a meaningful everyday life.

Assist the user in activities, be involved in the establishment of implementation plans and follow-ups, case management, report and document in our operational systems. To perform delegated health and medical care tasks, participate in team meetings and staff meetings, establish good contacts with relatives and other important people for the individual. You contribute with innovative thinking and joy at work and are responsible for one or more areas of responsibility that you are passionate about and want to develop.

We are looking for someone who sees a good reception as a given, is flexible as a person, and sees their workplace as a team where everyone helps each other. You have a degree from the nursing program and approved grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

You are confident in yourself and in your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. You should respect the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are attentive and work with respect for other people. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work to the user's needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles and are passionate about providing good service to the users. You are used to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Having an unwavering belief in people's abilities is something we consider a given. You need to be able to participate and support the user in the activities they have.

We would like you to have experience from LSS, preferably from group homes or personal assistance.

A requirement is that you can work in a low-affect manner, methodically according to established routines, and that you have a professional approach. We expect you to have good collaboration skills, be flexible, responsible, and self-driven, and that you always put the user's needs first. You should have a great interest in learning new things and find it easy to collaborate with other professionals around the user.
