Congregational Educator, Falkenberg Parish, Ullared Area

The Ullared area consists of a small region with four small congregations: Älvsered, Källsjö, Fagered, and Ullared, each with its own church and traditions.

Falkenberg Parish is now seeking a qualified congregational educator with both strategic and ongoing responsibility for children's and youth activities for ages 0-18, as well as adult education that includes both traditional and innovative activities. The position is located in Ullared, a lively hub among villages, forests, and fields, within comfortable distance to Falkenberg, Varberg, and Gothenburg. You will work in a good team and be an integral part of the parish's joint activities.

The area has a well-established operation for children and adults and a desire to build further. The current offerings range from family work, confirmation camps, and open café activities for adults.

We believe you will thrive in this role if you are both a self-driven entrepreneur and a responsive team player. The position requires excellent social skills and a drive to develop the activities, as well as to create new meeting places based on changing needs, operational frameworks, and in consultation with work teams and management. Experience is an asset, but interest and energy go a long way! Preschool teachers and students in education are also encouraged to apply.

A driver's license and access to a car are necessary as you will be working in different congregations.
