We are looking for a Process Automation and Electrical Lead for a rapidly growing technology company. You will lead the work from idea to commissioning and be part of where it really happens!

About the position

You will be responsible for electrical and automation work in several parallel projects and lead the work together with both internal teams and external partners. With a focus on quality and delivery reliability, you ensure that the solutions work all the way from design to commissioning. The role will be a clear bridge between process, technology, and execution.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical and automation work in projects and installations

• Develop requirements, technical specifications, and clear interfaces

• Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and customers to find the right solutions

• Support during testing, commissioning, and improvement work as needed

• Contribute to structure, working methods, and development of the area over time

Required qualifications

• YH/University/Civil Engineer in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and automation systems, preferably in PLC/DCS, SCADA, and instrumentation.

• Experience working with requirements specification, technical documentation, and delivery

• Very good English, Swedish is a plus
