Your mission

Nacka Municipality's communication work is in an exciting development phase, and together with you, we want to build trust and relationships with our residents and create pride in the place Nacka, as one of Sweden's most attractive municipalities.

The role involves responsibility for overarching strategies, channel selection, and content production. You will monitor trends, conduct target audience analyses, and develop measurable goals for impact measurement. As a Social Media Manager, you will photograph and film using the correct fonts, logos, and subtitles in accordance with Nacka Municipality's graphic profile.

Your responsibilities include;

• Managing and developing: Social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Planning, creating, and executing: Content and campaigns that increase brand awareness, stand out, and engage.
• Collaborating: With your colleagues in the Communications Unit and with our clients to ensure that the content aligns with strategies, goals, and visions.
• Analyzing: Results and statistics to continuously improve our presence and campaigns on social media.
• Managing and optimizing ads: On social media platforms.

Other common tasks within the communications unit may occur.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, can navigate complex issues, and has a good understanding of editorial responsibility. You are used to planning and driving projects, often several in parallel, from idea to final product within deadlines. You are comfortable in social contexts where you build relationships with both clients and colleagues and see the value in collaborating with others, developing their ideas while also thinking creatively and analytically yourself. Always with the organization in focus and top-notch service. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Your experience

• Not completely new to the profession, but does not need to be senior.
• An eye for quality and detail regarding text, photography, and video production.
• Familiar with working with plain language and accessibility.
