HR Specialist for Labor Law and Conditions
Do you have experience working with wage formation and conditions? Do you have knowledge of laws and agreements that affect working life? Are you interested in working on the development of processes and support for users of the HR system Heroma, focusing on compliance with laws and agreements as well as user experience?
We are now looking for an HR specialist for the Labor Law and Conditions unit, primarily working with wage formation and developing processes and support for users of the region's HR system Heroma.
Stockholm County's healthcare area (SLSO) is in constant development and aims to make a difference for those we serve and contribute to the transition to close care, person-centeredness, and competence supply. Employer issues are high on the agenda to succeed with our important mission but also to further strengthen the ongoing work to act as an employer within Region Stockholm and SLSO.
The Labor Law and Conditions unit consists of eight employees and is led by the head of negotiations. The unit ensures that laws and agreements are followed and develops HR processes to ensure that our operations and their managers receive good and clear HR support. The unit provides qualified legal advice to HR partners and managers within healthcare. We also train in labor law issues, develop processes, and manage wage reviews. Labor Law and Conditions is located at Solnavägen 1E at Torsplan in Stockholm.
About the Job
As an HR specialist, you will work with a focus on wage formation and wage review, laws and agreements, and the development of processes for users of the region's HR system Heroma.
You will work to ensure that HR work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and guidelines, and contribute to our operations and their managers receiving good and clear HR support.
Your role includes, among other things:
- Implementing and developing the wage review process and wage formation-related issues.
- Leading and developing the processes that SLSO is responsible for in the HR system Heroma to ensure compliance with laws and agreements.
- Coordinating, training, and producing support materials.
- Contributing to increasing awareness of the employer's conditions and benefits.
- Providing advice to managers and HR colleagues on labor law issues.
- Collaborating with key partners within the administration and regions.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- An education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
- Experience working in HR and the wage review process.
- Experience from working with HR systems.
- Experience in leading and developing processes.
- Knowledge of labor law and experience working with collective agreements.
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
- The HR system Heroma.
- Collective agreements in Sweden's regions and municipalities.
- Working with wage statistics and Microsoft Excel.
As an HR specialist, you will have many contact points in several parts of the organization, and it is important that you have good collaboration skills and build relationships in a responsive manner. In this role, you are expected to lead the work forward both independently and together with others. You have the ability to understand the needs of different target groups, weigh different interests, and drive the work forward from a holistic perspective. - background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
