Do you want to develop within IT support in a social and close-knit team? We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking support technician who wants to take the next step in their career. About the role As a support technician, you are the first point of contact for our internal users when they need IT support. You play a central role in ensuring that issues are handled quickly, professionally, and with high service quality.
The work alternates between phone support and administrative tasks. In practice, this means you handle everything from login issues and account management to permissions, equipment orders, and basic troubleshooting of computers, networks, printers, and Office 365.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative. You have the ability to prioritize multiple issues simultaneously and drive solutions forward independently.
To thrive with us, you need to appreciate working in a smaller team where collaboration is close and everyone supports each other. You are self-driven, structured, and follow established routines. If you have a technical interest and want to build on your IT skills, that is a significant advantage.
We also see that you:
Are fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.
Have a complete high school diploma or equivalent (preferably with an IT focus)
Have a cleared background check
Meritorious:
Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Understanding of networks, printers, and client management
Knowledge of additional Nordic languages (Danish and/or Finnish)
Experience in internal support or helpdesk and preferably worked with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or remote support.
