We are primarily looking for someone with a high school education in economics who is at the beginning of their career with a strong desire to develop. Experience from similar roles is an advantage but not a requirement. It is natural for you to communicate professionally in both speech and writing, and you are fluent in Swedish.

As a receptionist/administrator at HS Holper service, your main tasks will consist of providing support to our customers.

You will be the initial contact for customers and will handle support inquiries regarding our various types of services. You will be the face of the company and responsible for welcoming visitors, managing the switchboard/email, keeping the office organized, and handling various administrative tasks such as bookings, key management, personnel, and sales.

You will order materials and perform daily bookkeeping and invoicing. You will use the phone and email as your daily tools. Over time, you will also assist with reconciliations, vendor, and customer accounts.

HS Holper service was founded in 2001; we are a service company with many different services but specialized in cleaning. Thanks to an enthusiastic staff, we have managed to grow without losing what we always want to be - a company that cares about its customers and suppliers with high ambitions regarding good service and availability.
