The unit consists of legal advisors, international coordinators, assistants, and registry and legal assistants. There is also an independent reviewer of decisions within competition supervision. Thus, we are a unit with diverse tasks and backgrounds but with a common goal of contributing to the authority's core mission and operational needs. You will also support the other document controller in various development projects within the Swedish Competition Authority's document and case management.
As a document controller, you will also be responsible for implementing decided changes in the Swedish Competition Authority's diary system (W3D3). We would like you to have an interest in systems and digital working methods.

- very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
- knowledge of English to read and understand texts
We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are meticulous in your work and have a structured approach. You enjoy working independently as well as with others and have good collaboration skills. To thrive in your role, we hope you are service-oriented, proactive, and development-oriented.
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience working at a supervisory authority
- experience in system administration
- registrar training or education in archival and information science
