Are you ready to take on an exciting interim assignment in a dynamic and international environment where you will work closely with the business and support managers in daily HR operations? We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to step into a broad and operational role focusing on personnel matters, labor law, and managerial support, starting immediately. This is an interim assignment for an indefinite period with an immediate start.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business and be an important support to managers throughout the organization on issues related to personnel, labor law, and HR processes. You will be responsible for driving and managing HR-related issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner and will serve as a natural contact person for both managers and employees. The role involves a broad operational responsibility where you will work both advisory and hands-on in daily HR operations, including individual cases, conflict management, and ensuring compliance with labor law guidelines and internal policies.
Although the role is titled HR Business Partner, the focus is primarily on operational and individual-related work rather than strategic HR work. You will be a key person in the organization and contribute to a safe, professional, and efficient handling of HR issues in an international context.
Location: Stockholm
Main responsibilities
- Support and coach managers in personnel matters and labor law issues
- Manage rehabilitation cases, conflicts, and difficult conversations
- Ensure correct handling of HR processes and routines
- Be an operational support in matters concerning work environment and employee relations
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR work in the organization
- Collaborate with management and other functions on HR-related issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broad HR role with significant operational responsibility, at least 5 years
- Good knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
- Experience with complex individual cases
- Experience from fintech is a strong merit
- Experience in international corporate environments is advantageous
- Fluent English in both spoken and written form is required
