We are now looking for a Case Officer in Information Security for a qualified assignment within security protection at a larger critical organization in Stockholm. The assignment is classified and places high demands on structure, accuracy, and understanding of information security in public operations.

In this role, you will work closely with security specialists and strategists to ensure the correct handling of sensitive information. The assignment requires good collaboration skills, pedagogy, and the ability to communicate clearly with different target groups.

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Manage and work with lifecycle management of specific information systems

• Provide support to users related to information systems with special security requirements

• Plan and conduct training initiatives in information security, primarily related to security protection

• Handle documents and record-keeping with high demands on confidentiality and security

• Conduct information classification according to the applicable information classification model

• Work in accordance with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act and the Security Protection Act

• Continuously report status regarding time, quality, and delivery

The work is primarily conducted on-site at the client's premises in Stockholm.

To be considered for the assignment, all mandatory requirements must be met and clearly stated in your CV.

• At least three (3) years of work experience in a role as a case officer or administrator in public operations

• Good and documented experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in information classification and confidentiality assessment according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), chapters 15, 18, and 19

• At least one (1) year of documented professional experience in record-keeping according to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act

• At least two (2) years of documented experience working in an environment with high demands on security and confidentiality awareness

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing

• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance

Meeting the following requirements is desirable:

• Experience from at least one (1) previous assignment where you have worked with system administrative tasks in a Windows environment, such as settings and program installation

• At least one (1) year of documented work experience in developing processes and routines within *information security and/or security protection

• Basic education or course in information security, including common IT security threats and existing security solutions and measures

• Experience in developing, conducting, and following up on at least one (1) training initiative within *security protection or information classification

Experience and education must also be documented in your CV with clear references to assignments and content.

• Consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and leased to the client

• Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)

• Start: March 29, 2026

• End: December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension

• Location: Stockholm, work is primarily conducted on-site

• The assignment is classified and requires an approved security clearance and signing of a confidentiality agreement
