Four FM is a company that offers top-notch solutions in Facility Management – a dynamic company built on entrepreneurship, engaged employees, and a strong corporate culture. We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented Facility Coordinator for a modern office that also serves as a showroom for potential clients, located in central Stockholm.

About the role 🚀

In this role, you will work at the heart of an environment where the office is part of the customer experience. You are responsible for creating a professional, inspiring, and welcoming office that reflects the company's brand. The office is just under 1000 sqm, on one floor, without a reception – which means you will work closely with the business and have significant responsibility for the overall experience. The role has a clear focus on events, meetings, and customer activities, and is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and enjoys creating experiences.

Responsibilities 📌

The role is broad, creative, and operational. Examples of tasks include:

  • Ensuring a professional, pleasant, and representative office environment.

  • Being responsible for the office's showroom function and preparations for client visits.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events.

  • Supporting meetings, presentations, and customer activities.

  • Managing orders for office supplies, consumables, and services.

  • Acting as the contact person for property owners and suppliers.

  • Being responsible for conference rooms, common areas, and daily service.

  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees.

  • Basic administration related to bookings, invoices, and information.

Qualifications ✔
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Facility Coordinator, Office Coordinator, receptionist, or office assistant.

  • Good knowledge of digital office and productivity tools.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Good administrative skills.

Meritorious 🏅

  • Experience in planning and executing events.

  • Experience working in a showroom or customer-facing environment.

  • Previous work in a dynamic and fast-changing office environment.

Working hours and employment type 🕒

Office hours, Monday to Friday 8–17. Permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
