Four FM is a company that offers top-notch solutions in Facility Management – a dynamic company built on entrepreneurship, engaged employees, and a strong corporate culture. We are now looking for a confident and structured Facility Coordinator for Four FM's client in central Stockholm, where seven different companies share premises and work environment.
About the role 🚀Here, you will be the natural focal point in the office. You will work from the reception and be the first contact for both employees and visitors. The office is approximately 1000 sqm and spans three floors, which means that the role requires good structure, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to coordinate the needs of multiple businesses simultaneously.
This is a classic Facility Coordinator role with a clear service profile, where you are the hub that makes everyday life run smoothly and professionally.

You enjoy being visible, accessible, and handling many points of contact. You like order and organization, are solution-oriented, and enjoy having a central function in the organization.
You have a natural sense of service, take responsibility for your area, and work proactively to create a pleasant and well-functioning work environment.
Responsibilities 📌Staff and manage the reception and welcome visitors.
Ensure a pleasant, professional, and well-functioning office environment for all companies.
Be the contact person for property owners, suppliers, and service partners.
Be responsible for conference rooms, common areas, and daily office services.
Manage orders for office supplies and services.
Coordinate needs and requests between the different companies in the office.
Support internal meetings, activities, and onboarding of new employees.
Perform simpler administration related to bookings, invoices, and information.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as receptionist, Facility Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or office assistant.
Good knowledge of digital office and productivity tools.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Good administrative skills.
Experience working in a reception or multi-tenant environment.
Experience coordinating services for multiple businesses simultaneously.
Experience working in various types of administrative systems.
Previous experience with supplier contacts and ordering flows.
Office hours, Monday to Friday 8–17. Permanent employment with an initial probationary period.
