We are now looking for an engaged and resilient Customer Care Representative to join our team at Jakt & Fiskejournalen in Stockholm – a role for you who loves to combine pedagogical service with a fast-paced work environment.

With popular print magazines, rapidly growing digital news sites, and an expanding e-commerce, we are the hub for passionate practitioners across the country. Our customer service is the heart of our business, and we are now implementing a strategic project to strengthen our customer relationships and guide our readers into our digital services.

About the role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will work proactively with a focus on our existing customers. Your main task is to guide and inform our readers via phone on how to get the most out of their membership. The work is conducted in a structured project format with a high call frequency, where your professional demeanor is crucial for the customer's experience of us as a media house.

Your main tasks:

  • Digital guidance: You contact our customers to inform them about our digital added values and help them pedagogically activate their digital accounts.
  • Information & Service: You ensure that the customer is well informed about their membership benefits and how to best utilize our content across different channels.
  • Data quality & Payment solutions: You are responsible for updating customer information and informing about modern payment solutions for a smoother customer journey.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with our regular customer service to provide our customers with a seamless experience.

Who are you?

You have the energy required to handle many calls in a day without losing your professional and helpful demeanor. Since the role involves a lot of outgoing contact, it requires resilience that allows you to see each new call as a new opportunity.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service or sales via phone.
  • Is comfortable reaching out to people and is a skilled listener.
  • Can explain technical and digital processes in a simple and positive way.
  • Is resilient, goal-oriented, and enjoys working independently.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Practical information

  • Scope: Project employment full-time, estimated for 3 months.
  • Location: Stockholm (Humlegården). We work hybrid with fixed days in the office. The initial weeks will be entirely on-site for thorough onboarding.
  • Working hours: Weekdays 08.00 – 17.00 initially. May be adjusted if response frequency increases during early evenings and weekends.
